When Technology
Gives Life Back

My personal journey with revolutionary technology after stroke โ€“
From paralysis back to movement

The Moment That Changed Everything

It started in Tokyo. January 2019. I was there on business, full of energy, exploring the fascinating city on foot. Shibuya, Ginza โ€“ I loved this pulsating metropolis. Nothing suggested that my life would completely change just a few months later.

Mallorca, August 2019: A jet ski accident that I now see as a trigger. Then the tongue twitching, double vision, the diagnosis: Brainstem Cavernoma. A spontaneous hemorrhage in the most important part of my brain.

I always thought this happens only to others. The older ones. The unhealthy ones. Not me. I was fit, active, full of energy.

After surgery: Motionless, mute, dependent. My self-image changed from a "majestic eagle" to a "roadkill bird". One-sided paralysis โ€“ hemiparesis. Muscles that were no longer neurologically responsive.

The Turning Point

During my rehabilitation, I realized: Conventional therapy had reached its limits. My neurologically damaged muscles didn't respond to normal stimulation. But they responded to technology.

The Science Behind 35 Hz EMS Stimulation

Groundbreaking Research

A randomized clinical trial with 69 stroke patients compared the effectiveness of 35 Hz versus 50 Hz EMS stimulation. The results were clear: 35 Hz showed superior effects in critical areas of rehabilitation.

Study published in PMC (PubMed Central)

Treatment Outcome 35 Hz EMS 50 Hz EMS Advantage
Range of Motion Greater Improvement Moderate Improvement 35 Hz
Muscle Tone (Spasticity) Stronger Reduction Moderate Reduction 35 Hz
Barthel Index (Daily Function) Significant Improvement No Change 35 Hz
EMG Activity Greater Amplitude Moderate Amplitude 35 Hz
Hand Strength Good Improvement Slightly Better Improvement 50 Hz

Neuroplasticity: How 35 Hz "Rewires" the Brain

Synaptic Plasticity

35 Hz activates Long-Term Potentiation (LTP) - the foundation of learning and memory formation

Network Reorganization

Promotes cortical reorganization and recruitment of adjacent brain areas

BDNF Expression

Increases Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor for neurogenesis and synapse formation

The Problem It Solves

Neurologically damaged muscles don't respond to normal nerve impulses. They atrophy because they can no longer be controlled. Conventional training reaches its limits.

The Visionbody 35 Hz Solution

Full-body EMS with optimized 35 Hz frequency reactivates these muscles through electrical impulses. What no longer works neurologically is bridged technologically โ€“ with scientifically proven superiority.

Evidence-Based Benefits

  • Stop muscle atrophy: Even neurologically unresponsive muscles are activated
  • Superior range of motion: 35 Hz shows greater improvements than 50 Hz
  • Reduce spasticity: Stronger muscle tone reduction with 35 Hz
  • Improve daily function: Only 35 Hz showed significant Barthel Index improvement

Promote Neuroplasticity

  • Cortical reorganization: Stimulation promotes brain reorganization
  • Synaptic plasticity: 35 Hz activates LTP mechanisms
  • Growth factors: Increased BDNF expression for neurogenesis
  • Improve coordination: Synchronous muscle activation supports motor learning
For the first time since surgery, I felt all my muscles working again. Simultaneously. Coordinated. The 35 Hz EMS system bypasses my neurological deficits and uses the scientifically proven optimal frequency.

Why Exactly 35 Hz Is The Optimal Frequency

Scientific studies show: 35 Hz activates specific neural circuits that are crucial for post-stroke rehabilitation. This frequency optimizes the balance between muscle activation and neuroplastic adaptations.
